The systems behind Gralivant were tested and proven inside multiple home service companies, running live outbound campaigns and producing qualified appointments for clients across solar, roofing, HVAC, and other home service industries.

Everything here, the scripts, the QA process, the CRM architecture, the setter training framework, and the KPI structure, was built in the field, not in theory. Every SOP was written because something broke without it. Every script was refined because a version did not convert.
